Experienced Program & Project Management Consultant available for contract engagements

Provide leadership for complex business and technology initiatives, overseeing project planning, execution, governance, risk management, quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, and successful delivery outcomes.

Facilitate business process mapping (As-Is / To-Be), process optimization, change management, and organizational transformation initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and business performance.

Lead implementation, enhancement, integration, and transformation initiatives involving CRM, Supply Chain, ERP and enterprise business applications.

Manage projects involving integrations, data and analytics platforms, cloud technologies, robotic process automation (RPA), Internet of Things (IoT), and digital transformation programs.

Apply Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches utilizing tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, and Excel to ensure effective planning, execution, and reporting.

Drive budget planning, forecasting, financial tracking, vendor management, partner coordination, contract oversight, and governance processes to support project and program success.

Collaborate with executive leadership, business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and globally distributed delivery organizations to align strategy, execution, and business objectives.
